Some channels call a one-hour wait standard, while in 2026 one Korean channel went up with a title about how to eat there without lining up. The 14 that name a branch scatter across five spots, the Tenjin main shop, Hakata Station, Parco, Tosu Outlet, and Tenjin Nishidori, with at least 4 added every year since 2021, and 3 of the 6 from 2026 are news of new branch openings.

We read 40 of the 207 videos, and 10 of those were uploaded by the shop's own official channel. In the remaining 30, 6 channels each mentioned the foam in their titles, and four used the category name 泡系, foam-style, as is. Three also flatly called it the original. Of the 27 that showed which branch, 13 were the main shop, 7 the branches inside the Hakata Station building and on the Chikushi Exit side, 3 the Fukuoka Airport branch, 3 the drive-in shop south of the airport, and 1 the Nishinakasu branch, so the evidence points not to a single shop but to the whole chain spread across central Fukuoka and the airport.

The menu comes down to one dish, unagi-don. 15 of the 24 Korean titles name unagi-don, and across all 40 the only dish that is not a rice bowl is grilled eel, in 2. Celebrity mentions split by language, with 6 of the 16 Japanese titles putting a celebrity like Tamori or a TV feature in the title, while 1 of the 24 Korean titles names Sung Si-kyung. Talk of crowds stretches across 8 years in 3 titles, a queue in 2017, lots of tourists in 2022, and reservations required in 2025.

Four Japanese channels put the dish in their titles, while the five Korean channels have no dish name at all. Two of the Japanese ones cover the gobo-ten (burdock tempura) udon and bring up the size before the taste. What the Korean channels note instead is which branch. Of the five titles that name a location, four say Hakata or Hakata Station, and only the one that went to the main branch adds that it is 30 minutes from Tenjin. All nine span 2019 to 2026, with four in 2025 alone.

Of the 52 sources, 40 had titles that could be checked, and 14 of those put kalbi bukkake udon in the title, while only three named any other dish there. Among the 17 Japanese-language videos, 5 open their titles with the shop's runner-up finish at the all-Japan udon championship, yet none of the Korean-language videos that actually visited the Fukuoka shop put that contest in the title. Queues come up in 4 of them. That means things like a 30-minute wait, a full house right after opening, and 250 bowls. House-made noodles show up in the titles of 3 Japanese-language videos, and two different channels among them called them mochimochi, meaning springy and chewy. Of the 40, 6 are not about Fukuoka at all but about the Seoul Yongsan and Suwon branches seen in 2025 videos, and the Fukuoka shop itself moved in 2023 and had a second location open as of 2026.

A bakery about four minutes on foot from Hakata Station's Hakata exit. The operator lists opening hours of 7am to 7pm and seating inside. Its location works well for breakfast or picking up bread on the way to the station.

Of the 27 sources, 16 put the croissant in the title, and none of them brings up any other menu item while covering this shop. Hakata Station also comes up in 16 of them. Lining up appears in 6 titles, the 4 Chinese-language sources all mention the line, and three of them independently used the same word for it, 排隊. The oldest source is from July 2014 and the most recent from June 2026.

Of the 35 sources, 30 are Korean-language channels, and 12 name the Tenjin underground mall in the title. Only 16 videos cover the shop on its own, while the rest are vlogs and roundups that squeeze it in between Ichiran and Don Quijote, and 5 of those do not even have the shop's name in the title. Imoya Kinjiro, which sits in the same underground mall, shares the title in 4 videos. Korean titles call the menu simply apple pie, and only 2 Japanese- and Chinese-language sources put a flavor like caramel or the summer-only peach in the title.

Of the 9 videos, only 2 from Korean-language channels put Fukuoka in the title, and both treat Qu'il fait bon as one stop on a route through three or four bakeries or dessert shops. The other 7 do not single out a branch. One of them says in the title that it is a chain with shops nationwide. The 3 that name a fruit do not overlap, with strawberry in January, peach in July, and cherry in July, and the strawberry one calls it limited-time. The 3 that lead with price or luxury in the title are Japanese channels, 2 of them mukbang from the same channel, while the 4 Korean-language videos keep money out of the title.

Of the 34 titles, 12 bring up the line, and the 8 Japanese ones all use the same word for it, gyoretsu, while the 2 Korean ones use the loanword waiting. Which branch the line is at differs from title to title. On the Korean side, 6 of the 8 channels point to the Hakata branch, whereas 7 Japanese videos are about the Tenjin Parco branch, which shows up in videos as far back as 2013, and videos naming the Hakata branch only appear from November 2022 on. The meat itself rarely makes the title, with 4 mentions of eating it rare or nearly raw and 4 mentions of Imari beef.

All four listed Fuglen as one of the names strung across the title, and none covered it on its own. Anywhere from two to five other places shared the title with it, two of the videos bundling it into a single title with a doughnut shop, a bakery, or another coffee shop, and the other two naming it a must-eat next to eel rice bowls or yatai stalls. One wrote Coffee after the name. The uploads are spread from February 2023 to June 2026, and two of them went up in 2026.

Six of the 14 videos bring up the wait in their titles. Four say they lined up before opening, and two treat the waiting as its own topic. The food talk comes down to one item, the fruit sandwich, and seven titles name the sandwich. Three videos do not cover this shop on its own but bundle it into one episode with other destinations like Yufuin or the Ichiran main branch.

Of the 46 sources, 40 had titles we could check, and 11 of those are commercials from Josuian's official channel. The other 29 talk about the sweets more than the shop. Fruit and cream cheese daifuku account for 14, Tsukushi mochi for 8, and another 8 carry souvenir words like お土産 or 手信 in the title. Only 2 put the main shop or the Hakata Ekimae branch in the title, while 6 are clearly other branches such as LaLaport, the airport, or Tenjin One Building.

Full Full has several branches, so of the 21 sources, 9 put the Hakata branch in the title and 4 are videos from the Matsuzaki main store and the Kazenomori branch. Attention skews to one item. In 10 sources the mentaiko baguette (明太フランス) is in the title or hashtags, and only 1 names any other bread. The queue makes the title in 4 sources, and the most recent, a January 2026 video from the Hakata branch, found a line from the 10 o'clock opening and waited 1 hour.

All 5 sources specified the shop down to its Hakata branch. Three put gelato or dessert in the title, and one of them narrowed it to mochi gelato. The other two only dropped a location pin or asked about the wait time. Except for one filmed in April, the filming dates cluster in July and August.

Four of the five channels treated Temujin as one stop wedged between other shops and sights, and two of those bundled Canal City into the same title. The only one that gave this place an episode of its own was a channel with handmade dumplings in its name. And only one title described the gyoza. The word that one picked was crispness, not taste.

Of the 18 sources, 10 put Yakuin (薬院) in the title, and the 3 that cover the Hakata branch are about a different shop that only shares the name. Only 3 mention prices. Those come in Chinese, Japanese, and Korean, all different languages, yet all 3 lean toward cheap, and the Korean video among them is about the Hakata branch. Posts came from 16 channels over 6 years, from June 2020 to July 2026.

All 6 collected sources come from Korean-language channels. Only 2 of the 6 place it next to Canal City Hakata, while the other 4 go no further than Fukuoka or Hakata. The earliest video is from December 2018, but 5 of the 6 were posted in 2024 or later. Only 1 touches on the menu, and that is just a wagyu tag, so these 6 sources do not settle which cut is the heart of this place.

The 10 videos come from 7 channels, and 4 of them list Boulanger only as one name on a day's itinerary. In 3 of those, the same title lines it up alongside other bakeries like I'm donut ?, Jack in the Donuts and Pain Stock. The only menu item that makes it into a title is the croissant ice cream, and those 2 videos came from a single channel, Agari Fighter, in 2024 and 2026 respectively. The other 6 channels do not say in their titles what they ate.

All 8 sources put the KITTE Hakata branch name right in the title. Not a single video uses the brand name alone. 3 of the 8 lead with lunch, and one of those says in its title that the meal ends with champon noodles. Videos have kept coming for more than 8 years, from November 2017 to August 2026, though 1 of the 8 is a pre-opening video from the shop's official channel rather than a customer's view.

Three of the six videos put bread in the title. One carried a lunch tag and the other two gave only the shop name, and the mention of low prices came from just one Korean channel. Of the three that named a branch, two were the Hakata Station shop and one the Yoshizuka Station shop, and one Japanese channel posted the two branches separately a year apart. The four Japanese channels are spread from 2019 to 2025, while both Korean channels posted in 2026.
