Four named a dish in the title, and all four differ: chashu, shoyu ramen, green onion soba, and a limited-time event ramen. The other eight just wrote ramen. Seven of the twelve put only this shop in the title, while five slotted it into a day itinerary that goes on to Dotonbori or Osaka Castle.

Upload dates are spread from January 2025 to July 2026, so this is not a burst around a single moment, and two titles say it was a return visit. Only two titles name a menu item, and both went for the tuna roll, while the one that listed prices had a fatty tuna roll at 1078 yen and shrimp yukke at 1188 yen.

Toppings come up in 6 sources, and every one of them is about green onion. Two Japanese sources used the menu name ネギマヨ as is, and the rest pointed at the same thing, saying the takoyaki comes piled with green onion or that you should be sure to add the negi mayo.

Videos on branches rather than the main shop came from 6 channels in 7 videos, showing the Crysta Nagahori, Nishi-Umeda, and Hanshin Department Store Snack Park locations, and two of those channels said the line was shorter than at the main shop, while one wrote that the Snack Park bowl is a simpler one, different from the main shop's.

Halmyungsoo, Myungsoo-ong, Park Myung-soo's pick, the spellings vary but they all point to one person, and 30 of the 34 videos cluster after March 2025, when that name first shows up. Only three titles actually say what kind of ramen it is, one Korean title says premium sirloin beef-bone ramen, one Japanese and one Chinese title each say 牛骨, and all three mean beef bone. Four Korean titles tack on Dotonbori and two tack on Namba, while the address one Japanese channel wrote in its title is Naniwa-ku Nambanaka.

Eleven of the 12 videos put takoyaki in the title or hashtags. The only other dish to make it into a title was negiyaki, in a single video. Seven mention Dotonbori alongside it, and four bundle it into one video with other nearby shops like Pablo or Kushikatsu Daruma. Just one went as far as the batter or the size of the octopus.

Only one title actually describes the taste or texture, and 13 go no further than calling it a great place to eat.

Yakisoba only made the title in 2019 and March 2023, and the seven channels that posted from 2024 on don't bring that dish up. Instead, three channels that posted in 2026 put izakaya, bar, and kushikatsu in their titles.

Grouping the 17 sources by channel leaves 11, and a single Korean-language channel posted 7 of them on its own. Those are near-identical repeats of the same title, so they should not be counted as consensus. Even though the shop's name already contains robata, 6 of the 11 channels wrote the cooking method, hearth grilling, into their titles once more. That said, only 4 channels named the branch as the Doguyasuji Yokocho location, so whether all seventeen refer to the same shop cannot be settled from titles alone.

The four from three Japanese-language channels all cluster within three weeks from mid-August to early September 2023, while the four Korean-language channels are spread from January 2024 to July this year. Six titles name the form of the dish, and the four Japanese ones say layered box or meat sushi while the two Korean ones say don or rice bowl. Not one title calls it a place where you grill.
