What to know when finding and saving places on GOGO Place.
1. The service
GOGO Place lets you find and save places featured in public videos and articles, check sources and open maps. There is no public account registration, booking, ordering or payment function.
2. Using place information
Channel counts measure coverage of a place or brand, not visitor numbers or taste scores. Brand coverage does not confirm that a particular branch is open. Check the shop's latest address, menu, prices and hours before visiting.
3. Your saved list
Save up to 200 places in your current browser, without syncing to other devices or browsers. Unsave a place or clear site data to remove it. Browser settings or data deletion may erase your list, so keep a separate copy if needed.
4. Finding places nearby
If you choose to use location and allow it in your browser, your location is requested once. You can search and browse without permission. Location is used only on your device to calculate distances and is not sent to GOGO Place servers.
Cancel location use or leave the page to clear the location held on screen. You can revoke browser permission in site settings. Distances are straight-line distances, not walking routes or travel times.
5. External content and rights
Videos, thumbnails and original content belong to their authors and rights holders. A source link does not imply a partnership or permission to reuse content. When using external videos, maps or sources, check that provider's terms and privacy information.
6. Questions and corrections
Use the contact channel to report errors or rights concerns. The form does not separately collect a name or reply email. Messages are stored privately, so do not include passwords, identity documents or sensitive information.
Keep your receipt number. Without it, submission has not been confirmed. Automated replies and status lookup are not available. Receipt does not mean a correction is complete; removing an external original may also require contacting its provider.
7. Prohibited use
Rights violations, unauthorized disclosure of personal information, impersonation, repeated deliberate false reports, bypassing authentication and disrupting the service are not allowed. Legitimate correction requests or criticism do not limit your rights.
8. Changes and responsibility
Listings may change, and maintenance or external-service failures may temporarily interrupt features. Important changes to use conditions will be announced separately. These terms do not broadly exclude the operator's legal liability or your rights to raise objections and resolve disputes.
Questions and corrections
Messages are stored and read only by authorised staff. There are no name or reply-email fields; do not put personal or sensitive information in your message.
