This is a draft for review, not terms in effect. Korean is the working master; other languages are reference translations. Reading this page or continuing to browse does not count as accepting this draft.
This draft explains using GOGO Place to find and save places. Final terms will be announced separately after operator details and the steps for bringing them into effect are confirmed.
1. What the service offers
GOGO Place brings together places featured in public videos and articles, their addresses, sources and check records. It offers search, browsing filters, map links and saving on your device.
There is no public account registration, booking, ordering or payment function. Administrators use separate authentication. The current version has no connected advertising SDK or paid-placement purchase function.
2. Place information and coverage counts
A channel count measures channels covering a place or brand. It is not a visitor count, taste score or confirmation that every video has been watched in full. Destination-search rankings and coverage counts are different datasets.
Coverage of a brand does not verify a particular branch's address or operating status. Choose a branch and check its address and check date. Menus, prices and opening hours can change, so check the shop's latest information before visiting.
3. Your saved list
Up to 200 saved places stay in your current browser, not an account. They do not automatically sync to other devices or browsers. Unsave a place or clear the site's browser data to remove it.
The list may disappear if your browser blocks storage or site data is cleared. You can keep a separate copy using the copy-list function. Saving is not a server backup service.
4. Finding places near you
Nearby search is optional. After reading the on-screen explanation and choosing to use location, you request your location once through the browser. Browser or operating-system permission is required. You can still search by destination and browse normally without allowing location.
The received location is used only on the current page to calculate distances to places. It is not sent to GOGO Place servers or recorded in page URLs, cookies or local storage. Cancelling location use or leaving the page clears the location held by this screen. You can separately revoke the browser's location permission in site settings.
Distances are straight-line distances, not walking routes or travel times. Results depend on positioning accuracy and the recorded place coordinates. Your browser and operating-system providers handle positioning under their own policies.
5. Videos, original sources and external links
Videos, thumbnails and original content belong to their authors and rights holders. A source link does not establish a partnership or mutual endorsement. This site does not grant permission to reuse someone else's content.
Video, source and external map links open another service. Check that provider's terms and privacy information. Linked sources may contain advertising or sponsorship independently of this site.
6. Questions and corrections
Use the corrections channel for address errors, closures, branch matching, attribution or rights concerns, giving the affected page and details. The form does not separately ask for a name or reply email. Messages are stored in an administrator-only inbox, so do not include passwords, identity documents or sensitive information.
If a receipt appears, keep it as the reference for the stored request. Without a receipt, submission has not been confirmed. Public status lookup and automated email replies are not provided. Submitting a request does not itself change a listing or remove an original; removal may also require contacting the external publisher.
7. Responsible use
Do not submit material that infringes another person's rights or reveals private personal information. Impersonation, deliberately repeated false reports, bypassing authentication and requests intended to disrupt the server are not allowed.
Request frequency and message-length limits help prevent abuse of the inbox. These draft terms do not restrict the exercise of rights because someone makes a legitimate correction request or criticism.
8. Changes, errors and your rights
Listings may be corrected when a place's operating status or an external source changes. Maintenance or external-service failures may temporarily interrupt functions. Reported errors are reviewed through the corrections process.
This draft does not broadly exclude the operator's legal liability or require you to give up objections, dispute resolution or access to courts. Any new paid feature or material use condition needs a separate review of its content and required procedures before it takes effect.
9. Before these terms take effect
The provider's actual name, address and contact details, countries covered, effective date and change-notice procedure still need to be confirmed. The document revision date on this page is not an effective date.
Retention and deletion periods, processing locations, correction procedures, and child-use and location notice or consent requirements must be checked against actual operation. The Korean draft and its reference translations also need review. No jurisdiction or choice-of-law clause has been set.
Questions and corrections
The form does not ask separately for a name or reply email. Your message is stored, so do not include private contact details or sensitive information. Read the privacy information before sending.
