Four Japanese channels put the dish in their titles, while the five Korean channels have no dish name at all. Two of the Japanese ones cover the gobo-ten (burdock tempura) udon and bring up the size before the taste. What the Korean channels note instead is which branch. Of the five titles that name a location, four say Hakata or Hakata Station, and only the one that went to the main branch adds that it is 30 minutes from Tenjin. All nine span 2019 to 2026, with four in 2025 alone.

Of the 52 sources, 40 had titles that could be checked, and 14 of those put kalbi bukkake udon in the title, while only three named any other dish there. Among the 17 Japanese-language videos, 5 open their titles with the shop's runner-up finish at the all-Japan udon championship, yet none of the Korean-language videos that actually visited the Fukuoka shop put that contest in the title. Queues come up in 4 of them. That means things like a 30-minute wait, a full house right after opening, and 250 bowls. House-made noodles show up in the titles of 3 Japanese-language videos, and two different channels among them called them mochimochi, meaning springy and chewy. Of the 40, 6 are not about Fukuoka at all but about the Seoul Yongsan and Suwon branches seen in 2025 videos, and the Fukuoka shop itself moved in 2023 and had a second location open as of 2026.
